Gluten and sugar-free Chocolate Brownie Pie
Devilishly decadent and yet oh-so-well-behaved, Vadas’s gluten free rich brownie pie features a generous amount of almonds and dark chocolate (with xylitol standing in for sugar).
The crispy crust is made with almond flour. The eggs used were laid by Farmer Angus’s happy pasture-roaming chickens.
Serves 8 people.
