This hearty pie from Vadas is crammed with slow-smoked pastured-reared beef brisket from Spier’s Farmer Angus along with mushrooms, onions and more. The pie crust is made with Farmer Angus’s free-range eggs and local organic stoneground flour.
Heating instructions: Defrost and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
