The steward of Spier’s certified organic farm is Farmer Angus. His delicious meat comes from cows, pigs and broiler chickens who are reared on our pastures without hormones or routine antibiotics. His eggs are laid by our farm’s happy, outdoor-roaming hens. The meat is prepared on the farm at Farmer Angus’s butchery, the only one in the country that does not add nitrates, gluten and nitrites to the meat.
